Who We Are

Hello and welcome to Frikirken International Church!

We are an international church for all generations and nationalities, located in Aalborg, Denmark.

FINTC is founded on deep faith in the Bible and God's unconditional love, as exemplified by Jesus Christ. Their mission is to cultivate an inclusive community grounded in New Testament teachings, where everyone has the opportunity to experience God's love.

The church encourages individuals to seek salvation through Jesus Christ and to actively engage in supporting and caring for others. Their initiatives focus on fostering mutual support through shared life and faith experiences, building dynamic communities that enhance social connections, and providing clear biblical education.

Additionally, they participate in diaconal, social, humanitarian, and cultural activities that align with their biblical values, impacting both their local community and the broader world. The church warmly invites everyone to discover how they can participate in and support these meaningful initiatives.

Our Vision

Our vision is to empower individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds to authentically share life and faith experiences, deeply care for others, and actively serve their local communities.

What we believe

We believe the Bible is the true and trustworthy Word of God and the foundation of our faith. At the center of this faith is God's unconditional love for humanity, revealed through Jesus Christ, who became human and gave His life to bring salvation to the world. We believe in one God—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—who is present and active today, continuing to bring healing, restoration, and transformation.

The church is the body of Christ, with Jesus as its head, made up of all who place their trust in Him, and its purpose is to glorify God and make Him known. We believe that humanity was created in God's image but is separated from Him by sin and cannot restore that relationship apart from His grace. The Christian life, therefore, is a daily journey of surrender, guided by the Holy Spirit, as believers grow in obedience to God's Word and are shaped into the likeness of Christ.

An International Church in Denmark

Established in Aalborg East, Frikirken International Church is an interdenominational church plant committed to living out New Testament church life. Our vision is centered on faith in Jesus as Savior and on cultivating meaningful fellowship within the church and the surrounding community. We seek to be a welcoming place where both Danes and non-Danes can encounter God's love and power and grow into a purposeful life in Jesus, where everyone belongs, even before they believe.

Inspired by the openness of the early church, we embrace cultural diversity and unity in faith in Jesus as Lord and Savior. We are devoted to reaching out, nurturing faith, and encouraging all who join us to serve God and others, helping them live out their God-given potential through service to humanity.
