Kids Hangout

Welcome to our "Kids Hangout" space at the church, designed for children ages 5 to 13 from Aalborg Øst and surrounding areas who need support and community.

Kids Hangout provides a safe, fun environment for kids to enjoy games, activities, and make new friends. Whether it's crafting, playing games, or chatting, there's something for everyone. After the activities, children can enjoy dinner with their parents before heading home.

Women Film Evening

Twice a year, something magical happens when women come together for a purpose at our church in Aalborg Øst. Join us for our Women's Film Evening, where we open our doors for an inspiring and uplifting movie night.

Experience the magic of cinema with films handpicked for and by women, ranging from powerful dramas to uplifting documentaries. This event is a perfect opportunity to relax, connect, and enjoy an evening of storytelling and camaraderie.

Big Children's Day

Three times a year, we invite the children of Aalborg Øst for a spectacular celebration at our Big Children's Day event! This special day is dedicated to the joy and wonder of childhood, featuring a variety of exciting activities and fun for kids of all ages.

Join us for thrilling games, creative activities, and countless surprises, creating unforgettable memories filled with laughter and play. We'll be serving popcorn, slush ice, and more treats to enhance the fun!

Christmas Help

For Families and Children in Need

For the past 12 years, it has been our joy and privilege to extend a helping hand and share the joy of Christmas with families and children in challenging situations through our special assistance program.

Through gift drives and food assistance, we strive to ensure that every child experiences the magic of Christmas and every family feels the warmth of community support. We collaborate with local social workers to identify and assist the most in-need families in our area.

In 2023, we provided around 400 gifts for children and food for 150 families.

Inflation Help

Navigating inflation can be challenging, especially as the sharp rise in the prices of food and basic necessities puts extra pressure on daily life for families with limited financial resources.

In collaboration with Blå Kors, we have utilized inflation aid funds to ease these burdens for vulnerable families and adults. Through our Family Network, we have distributed food and organized communal meals to support many families.

Our Inflation Help initiative distributes food boxes from Rema 1000 in Aalborg East to economically strained families connected to the Family Network and new families identified through local social workers and municipal partnerships.
