About Us
01. Join our mission
FINTC is founded on deep faith in the Bible and God’s unconditional love, as exemplified by Jesus Christ. Their mission is to cultivate an inclusive community grounded in New Testament teachings, where everyone has the opportunity to experience God’s love.
The church encourages individuals to seek salvation through Jesus Christ and to actively engage in supporting and caring for others. Their initiatives focus on fostering mutual support through shared life and faith experiences, building dynamic communities that enhance social connections, and providing clear biblical education.
Additionally, they participate in diaconal, social, humanitarian, and cultural activities that align with their biblical values, impacting both their local community and the broader world. The church warmly invites everyone to discover how they can participate in and support these meaningful initiatives.
02. What We Believe
Our Core Beliefs about God, Jesus, and the Christian Faith
At the core of our teaching and work is the belief that the Bible is the Word of God, serving as an infallible foundation. We embrace God’s radical and unconditional love for humanity, vividly demonstrated when He sent His Son to die for our sins. We also affirm that God continues to perform miracles today through His presence, which can bring healing, deliverance, and restoration.
About God: We believe in one God, who exists in three distinct persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ, the Son, took on human form to reveal God to us and to rescue the lost world.
About the Scriptures: The entire Bible is inspired by God, penned by men under the influence of His Spirit, and is without error.
About the Church: The church represents the body of Christ, with Jesus Himself as the head. Its members are those who have placed their faith in Christ’s redemptive work. The primary purpose of the church is to glorify God, love Him, and make Him known to the world.
About Humanity: All people were created in the image of God but became separated from Him through sinful disobedience. As a result, they are unable to restore their right relationship with God through their own efforts.
About the Christian Life: Christians are called to live for Christ rather than for themselves. By obeying God’s Word and daily yielding to the Spirit of God, every believer should mature and be conformed to the image of Christ.
03. Why we started
Established in Aalborg East, Frikirken International Church is an interdenominational church plant focused on cultivating New Testament church life. Our vision is rooted in faith in Jesus as the Savior and fostering fellowship both within the church and in the local community.
A New Testament church to us is a welcoming place where Danes and non-Danes alike can experience God’s love and power, and journey towards a purposeful life in Jesus. Here, you belong even before you believe, making it an ideal venue for bringing friends.
Emulating the early church’s open fellowship, we welcome diverse cultures and strive to create an environment where faith in Jesus as Lord and Savior unites people. We are committed to Jesus’ commandment to reach out and encourage those who find faith in our church to care for others and help realize their God-given potential through service to God and humanity.
04. Jesus saves
We believe every living being is called from creation to be in a personal relationship with God. The problem is that when sin entered the world, this relationship has been destroyed and is also why there is evil in the world.
In Romans 3:23 The Bible says we have all sinned and fallen short of God’s glory. At the same time the Bible teaches that mankind cannot be saved through their good works, but only by receiving what Jesus did on the cross. He died for the sins of the world, so that anyone who believes in Him can be saved. Basically Jesus offers to take your punishment.
In the book of Acts 2:21 we read, “Then whoever calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.” Moreover, in Romans 10: 8-10 and vers 13 we read “And this is the same message we preach about faith. 9 So you will be saved, if you honestly say, “Jesus is Lord,” and if you believe with all your heart that God raised him from death. 10 God will accept you and save you if you truly believe this and tell it to others. 13 All who call out to the Lord will be saved.”
For us as a church, the best decision we believe you can make is the choice of making Jesus your personal Lord and Saviour. If you would like to make this decision right now we invite you to call on Him and pray this prayer:
Lord Jesus, Please forgive me for all my sins. For all the wrong I have done against you and others. Jesus, thank you for dying on the cross for my sins, for the wrong I have done. I believe that you rose from the grave and are alive today. Jesus, save me and come into my life as my Lord, Savior and best friend. Thank you that you love me and for saving me.
In Jesus name, Amen
If you prayed this prayer from your heart, we believe you just got saved/born again. You can now start to walk in your new life with Christ Jesus.
2 Coriantians 5:17 says “So if anyone is in Christ, there is a new creation: everything old has passed away: see, everything has become new!” There is a great joy in heaven because of your decision.
We would love to fellowship with you and help you grow in your new life. For any questions or support please contact us here.
You are welcome to come this Sunday at 11.00AM
Give Generously: Support Our Mission
We believe in the transformative power of financial giving. Generosity breaks the cycle of greed and profoundly impacts others. Your contributions make FINTC a welcoming place where people from different cultures meet to share life, care, and serve.
Our mission thrives on the collective support of many, not just a few. If you’re already supporting us, thank you sincerely. If you’d like to contribute, there are several ways to give to the church
